Important knowledge was held by individual people rather than within a system.
Organizing requires more than passion. It depends on people understanding how to plan, engage communities, use tools, interpret data, communicate clearly, and adapt in real time.
The challenge was creating a way for that knowledge to be shared consistently across partners and organizers without relying on one person to explain the work over and over.
The goal was not simply to host trainings. It was to build a system that helped people learn, apply what they learned, and return to the information when they needed it.
