Who We Are
DeLarge Strategies works at the meeting point of strategy, learning, leadership, and engagement. Most meaningful growth needs all of them at once: a clear direction, people prepared to lead it, systems that support the daily work, and experiences that bring a community along.
We partner with individuals, leadership teams, businesses, nonprofits, foundations, schools and colleges, public agencies, and community-centered organizations. Our work ranges from leadership coaching and strategic planning to community engagement and the design of gatherings people actually want to attend.
